Meet our rescue hens

When our rescue hens first arrived, many were nervous, featherless and unsure of the world around them. Today, they are confident, curious and full of personality!

Each hen has her own character – from the bossy leader who steals treats, to the shy one who follows us everywhere.

For visiting school groups, meeting the hens is often a highlight. It opens conversations about kindness, responsibility and where our food comes from.

Giving animals a second chance is at the heart of Lucky Clucks.
